Last quarter's timesheets, the payroll archive, the holidays someone took but can't remember when, the paper trail an audit asks for, all of it unlocked as far back as your data goes.
And you only pay for active employees, people who actually used the app in the last 5 weeks. Counted automatically, so anyone who stops working drops off your bill on their own.

Real teams rarely have everyone active: someone is on leave, seasonal staff go quiet, leavers drop off on their own. Typically you're billed for 15 to 25% fewer people than are on the team, so the real per-employee price lands well under €6.40.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It's the whole app with every feature, for the whole team, and there's no trial running out. The only meter is history depth: the free plan shows the most recent 5 weeks. No card, no nagging to upgrade.
Why is it free? What's the catch?
Because the basics of running a team shouldn't cost money. The bills get paid by the teams who need deep records, and that funds the day-to-day for everyone else. That split is the whole catch.
Who counts as an active employee?
Anyone on your team who used the app in any of the last 5 weeks. Someone on leave, off season or simply not using it doesn't count, and doesn't cost you anything.
When exactly am I charged?
Monthly, from the day you subscribe. The active count is refreshed every week and your invoice follows it, so when the season ends the count falls by itself, which is why the beach bar above pays for 6 in November, not 24.
Is there a trial of the paid part?
The free plan is the trial, it just never ends. And your older history isn't gone while you decide: it's recorded all along, so the day you subscribe it's already there. Nothing to migrate, nothing to set up.
What happens if I cancel or stop paying?
You drop back to the free plan and nothing is deleted. Records older than 5 weeks are hidden until you subscribe again; planning ahead keeps working without any limit.
How does VAT work?
Prices are net. Spanish companies pay IVA on top. Businesses elsewhere in the EU enter their VAT ID at checkout and the reverse-charge mechanism applies, so no VAT is added to the invoice.
Do I get proper invoices?
Yes, a real monthly invoice with your company details and VAT ID, suitable for your book-keeper.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. Monthly only for now, which also means you can cancel any month.
Where do I manage the subscription?
There's no plan to pick and nothing to set up. The moment you open a day, a report or a chat older than 5 weeks, the app shows a "Manage account" button.
It takes you to your web account page, where you subscribe, change payment details and cancel. Only the company owner can subscribe.
Nothing to lose: no trial that runs out, no lock-in, nothing gets deleted.
